“The Landing Pad” Receives a BRICC Award for Best Remodel
A multi-phase Chatham remodel recognized for design, craftsmanship, and coastal livability.
A Proud Moment for Our Team
Fitzgerald Custom Homes is honored to share that our Chatham project, “The Landing Pad,” was awarded Best Remodel: Home & Large Addition ($500,000–$1M) at the 2025 BRICC Awards Gala.
The 2025 BRICC Awards Gala was an unforgettable evening celebrating craftsmanship, innovation, and community at the beautiful Wychmere Beach Club in Harwich Port. The sold-out event brought together hundreds of the region’s finest builders, designers, and trade partners for a night of recognition and connection. Being recognized among such a talented field of peers is a meaningful reflection of our team’s continued commitment to thoughtful design, fine craftsmanship, and a homeowner-first approach.
About the Project
Located on a quiet lane just steps from downtown Chatham, The Landing Pad is a multi-phase remodel designed in collaboration with ERT Architects. What began as a renovation of the kitchen and garage evolved into a full reimagining of the home's functionality, flow, and year-round livability.
The first phase improved circulation and accessibility through a redesigned kitchen and a new stairway leading to the second level. The second phase focused on the main living area and the addition of a welcoming farmer's porch that enhances both the exterior character and indoor-outdoor enjoyment. The final phase introduced a sunroom that now serves as the heart of the home, offering additional seating, a new fireplace, and double doors that open to the backyard.
