The Landing Pad

Located on a serene and winding way close to downtown, this expanded Cape was thoughtfully designed and remodeled in collaboration with ERT Architects over multiple phases. The renovation of the kitchen and garage improved flow and accessibility within the home and included a new set of stairs leading to a second level. Phase two focused on the main living area and the addition of a newly built farmer’s porch. The final phase, the sunroom, has become the most-used space in the home, offering extra seating, a new fireplace, and double doors that open to the backyard.
