Great Sands Cottage

What began as a “quirky” summer cottage is now a lovingly restored, year-round Cape property, modernized for today’s living and ready for generations to enjoy. In collaboration with SV Design, Architecture + Interiors, our team preserved many of the home’s original elements while introducing updated alternatives for improved comfort and function. After completing work on the main house, we moved on to the garage, which now includes additional living space, an at-home office, a separate bathroom, and sleeping accommodations for family and guests.
